Deep Relaxation
The Relaxation Series contains three Mental Exercises:
1 - Deep Relaxation (27 minutes): An exercise that includes deep body and mind relaxation. In this exercise you will be able to enjoy both active and passive type meditation. The background sound will help you deepen into a passive mental state. When the sound shifts into a faster pace, your consciousness will match it and will rise to a higher level of consciousness where you will open your eyes and be wide-awake, feeling perfectly healthy.
2 - Short Relaxation (15 minutes): A shorter version of the Deep Relaxation to be used as a quick way to reduce everyday stress and tension and to reinforce a deep sense of awareness.
3 - The Relaxation Sound (31 minutes): A background sound that will help you deepen so as to enjoy both active and passive type meditation in order to achieve greater problem solving and assist the healing process.
