How to Use the MindBiz MicroCourses for Achieving
the Best Outcome

We have had the pleasure of sharing many of the MindBiz MicroCourses with our
members and some members have contacted us for guidance in how to use the
MicroCourses and in what order.
First, in order for you to establish a strong foundation, we recommend, that
you listen to the
Foundation for Positive Change MicroCourse in CD format before listening
to any other CD.
Fortunately, the
Foundation for Positive Change MicroCourse is also available in written format
that is free to members and can be downloaded easily.
Some MindBiz members prefer owning the CD since it contains valuable coursework
material and mental exercises that can be listened to as often as desired or
needed.
Foundation for Positive Change is an Audio CD that consists of information that
is vital to your success in achieving your Personal Development goals.
In "Foundation for Positive Change" you will learn:

The structure of meditation.

Our recommended step-by-step Three Deep Breath Method for entering your
meditation.

How to use your first breath to relax your body completely.

The use of fractional relaxation.

How to relax your mind by thinking of tranquil and passive scenes.

When to practice your meditations and for how long in order to achieve the best

meditating correctly.

How to use the script provided for customized mental exercises.
As you can see, the
Foundation for Positive Change CD is loaded with vital information that
can help make any technique work more effectively.
Our desired outcome for you is to learn the best available method for
meditating and use it to your full advantage for reaching your personal goals.
Once you have experienced the "Foundation for Positive Change" MicroCourse,
then you can reinforce your meditation practice with the "Relaxation Series"
The
Relaxation Series is an AudioCourse with three Mental Exercises:
Track one contains the Deep Relaxation, an exercise that
includes deep body and mind relaxation. In this exercise you will be able to
enjoy both active and passive type meditation. The background sound will help
you deepen into a passive mental state. When the sound shifts into a faster
pace, your consciousness will match it and will rise to a higher level of
consciousness where you will open your eyes and be wide-awake, feeling
perfectly healthy.
Track two contains the Short Relaxation a shorter version of
the Deep Relaxation to be used as a quick way to reduce everyday stress and
tension and to reinforce a deep sense of awareness.
Track three consists of The Relaxation Sound, an exercise with
a background sound that will help you deepen so as to enjoy both active and
passive type meditation in order to achieve greater problem solving and assist
the healing process.
This CD is more of a practice CD for enhancing and deepening your meditative
experience. It is great for energizing yourself and keeping your body strong
and healthy.
All you need to do to receive guidance is to ask for it and then listen.

The
Relaxation Series may be used anytime you need or desire an energy
booster or to deepen your meditative experience. Once you learn how to
meditate, you can do it anytime you have a few minutes to spare. You will gain
great benefits with even the shortest of meditations
Secondly, after building a strong foundation for meditation, then you may
listen to any other MicroCourse. We suggest that you listen to the following
CD's in the following order:

Stress
Management Strategy - The Stress Management Strategy AudioCourse is
comprised of valuable information on stress, what causes stress, and how to
manage it effectively. This AudioCourse will provide valuable information about
Deep Relaxation, how to work with your past, how to identify what in you is
being triggered and how to work it though effectively.
With this AudioCourse you will learn how to manage and/or do away with the
negative aspect of stress. This AudioCourse has two tracks:
Track one - you will learn what is at the root of stress and
how you can interrupt your pattern of reaction to the triggers of stress and
instead respond to them with ability. You will discover what triggers your
stress and how to manage it effectively. You will also learn of the core
emotions behind all of your stress and how to override them resourcefully.
Track two - contains a Mental Exercise for impressing the
Stress Management Strategy.
Unmanaged stress is a detriment to all aspects of our lives. It keeps us from
thinking clearly and creatively. It interferes with our problem solving
abilities, hampers all types of relationships, and robs us from a healthy
living experience.

Goal
Attainment Strategy - Goal Attainment and success go hand in hand. The
more goals you manifest the greater your success. This AudioCourse focuses on
the ingredients that need to be present in order to achieve successful goal
manifestation. Ingredients such as powerful subjective energies like Desire,
Belief and Expectancy as well as Visualization for defining your present status
and Imagination for creating your goals. You will learn how to follow-up with
the necessary and appropriate Action and how to use Feedback to guide every
move.
In the Goal Attainment Strategy you will discover how having congruency between
what you Desire, Believe, Expect, Visualize, Imagine, and Act is where the real
magic lies. If you believe in real magic you will find it in the Goal
Attainment Strategy. The Goal Attainment Strategy has two tracks.
Track one contains detailed information on the necessary
ingredients for manifesting every single goal and turning your dreams into
reality or Better than that.
Track two offers the Mental Exercise used to impress the Goal
Attainment Strategy.
The "Goal Attainment Strategy" contains universal information that will help
insure your success when applying any other technique.
